A new fast track service is now available for Europcar’s business clientele, the company said last week.

The news comes via a press release issued on Wednesday, which said that on-the-go business customers will now be able to bypass the rental queue at hundreds of Europcar locations and by proceeding directly to the ‘Ready Service’ counter.

Customers looking to use eReady will need to have a Europcar ID, must pay for reservations before check-in and must make bookings at least 48 hours in advance, according to Ken McCall, Europcar UK Group’s managing director.

Mr McCall said to media that the move is his organisation’s latest effort to meet the growing needs of consumers. He went on to say that Europcar is aware that business travel can carry a lot of stress and said that eReady can help provide relief by allowing travellers to be on their way as quickly as possible.

Those making use of eReady only need to sign the master agreement and pick up keys because all necessary customer information is taken online prior to pick-up, the company said in the release.
