Europcar has completed the makeover of its branch at Sydney’s Kingsford Smith airport.

Officials for the company said in a press release issued last week that the move would provide customers with facilities that fall in line with the brand’s commitment to a hassle-free experience.

The effort saw the installation of brushed aluminium desks and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and significantly increased usable space. Europcar’s official press release noted that the updated facility also provided Europcar Privilege members with a special check-in area.

Manager Mike Potts from Europcar Sydney Airport told the media that the upgrade extended the boundaries of the original branch so that the facility is now double its original size. He added that the location would ensure that customers could enjoy an appealing space after a long journey.

Likewise, Steve Jones, Europcar’s operation manager for New South Wales, said in a statement that the makeover was an essential move in the effort of aligning the Sydney facility with the visual characteristics of Europcar branches around the world.
