Car hire brand Sixt has announced a new promotional scheme in cooperation with low-cost airline Air Asia.
Car hire brand Sixt has announced a new promotional scheme in cooperation with low-cost airline Air Asia.
Officials from the Germany-based rental firm said in an official press release issued late last month that the ‘Fly and Drive Together’ programme would bring the best possible rental rates to Air Asia customers travelling to and within Thailand.
Air Asia passengers can take advantage of the promotion by showing a booking with pre-booked baggage, which will allow them to receive a discount of 100 baht per day off any Sixt rental. In addition, those pre-booking luggage can save up to 66 per cent off baggage fees, according to Air Asia officials.
Sixt’s Thailand fleet features a number of notable vehicles including the Honda Jazz at 799 baht per day, the Honda Brio and Brio Amaze at 699 baht per day, in addition to the Honda Civic or Toyota Altis, which are on offer at 999 baht per day, according to the release.
Those looking to take advantage of the offer can pre-book luggage via the Air Asia call centre or website.
